Before you settle in and start feeling comfortable, we would like to inform you about the rules applicable in our apartments.

Understanding and following these rules will help ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone.  Please read each rule carefully to avoid any hazards or potential deductions from the security deposit upon check-out.

• We kindly ask you to treat our home with the same respect as your own. We have put a great deal of effort into creating a beautiful space for our guests to enjoy.
• Please make sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, as this will make check-out much easier.
• In the event of any accidental damage, we will review the matter internally to determine whether a deduction or repair cost is necessary.
• We hope you have a wonderful holiday. However, we kindly ask that you remain considerate and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.
• The fireplace is operated by a remote control. To turn it on, press the two buttons connected by a line marked with a spark symbol at the same time. Under no circumstances should you place any items on or near the fireplace, open it, or touch the glass, as it becomes extremely hot.
• Please ensure that you have read and fully understood the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, feel free to contact us so we can provide further clarification and avoid any misunderstandings.
